What happens to my data if I leave the platform?

If you cancel your account, your data remains accessible for a reasonable period so you can export anything you need on request. After that, it’s deleted in line with GDPR requirements. Any labels already in circulation will stop authenticating once your account is closed, and customers scanning them will see a generic ‘unable to verify’ message.
