A scan didn’t work, what should the user do?

Remember that H010 labels contain multiple QR codes within the holographic structure and the authentication app needs to see both in order to validate a scan. 


We recommend checking the lighting, phone camera focus, internet connection and, encourage the user to slowly tilt the label so the camera can catch each QR code.  If issues persist our support team can assist.


A few tips that may help:


- The camera must be able to see the whole label including the serial code

- If the label looks 'flat' it means the holographic image is not showing - try in a different light

- The aim is to create a rainbow effect in the hologram (like the video below)
- The up and down movement only needs to be minimal, just enough to see a change in the QR codes
