What happens if a customer scans the same code multiple times?

Multiple scans from the same label are expected and supported. Each scan is logged with its location and timestamp. The system uses pattern analysis to distinguish normal usage (like a customer re-checking their product) from suspicious behaviour (like the same code being scanned hundreds of times or from different countries). Unusual patterns are flagged in your dashboard.
